(BEND, Ore.) The Sterling Savings Bank and Lay It Out Events are pleased to announce the 2010 Bite of Bend schedule of events. The two-day festival will get under way on Saturday, June 26th, and continue into the evening hours on June 27th. Featuring dozens of local food vendors, an amazing line-up of live music, the famous Top Chef Competition, The 2nd annual Beer Run, and fun for all ages.

Saturday, June 26th

11:00am-10:00pm: Festival Open in Downtown Bend

    Family Area: Bouncy houses, face painting, balloon art & much more
Oregon Wine Walk
    Pick up a Wine Walk packet in front of Bellataza starting at 4:00 pm
11:30 am-6:00 pm: Top Chef Competition
    The competition fires up at 11:30 and runs all day until 6:00 pm. The competing chefs include:
    Returning to defend his title of Top Chef 2009, Rosco Roberson of Kokanee Café
    Dean Ecker and Adam Kapel – The Lodge Restaurant at Black Butte Ranch
    Jon Calvin – Cascade Lakes Brewing
    David Hatfield and Luke Maxwell-Muir – Café 3456

12:00 pm: 2nd Annual Bend Beer Run

The three-mile race will begin at 12:00 pm, and will include three beer stops, one at each milepost. Registration will begin at 11:00 am. For pre-registration download a copy of the Beer Run Application.
